He said it already.... you cannot stop it from auto withdrawal. And why stop withdrawal when you cann't use the money in Paypal account. So, ultimately, Withdrawal is the only option you have.

you cannot its RBI rules it has to goto ur bank otherwise Paypal has to pay you Interest

There are some indian accounts on which the autowithdrawal is not setup like mine lol.

It only says at the time of withdrawal that i can setup automatic , but i never did it so its working that way till now.

You can do it after you login to your paypal account..

Click on Profile option--> My Money -->My pre-approved payments {Manage the automatic payments, subscriptions, and instalment plan payments I send to merchants.} --> Disable them .

That's it..
Try it hope it works..
