i mean when ever i click on add new post that time i'm able to see like these

Is thr need any kinda plugin or something else?

movie-planet I might be able to help you out. Can you be more specific, is that your post layout at the moment or do you want it like that?

there is a plugin for this (if you want to make your default post format as your SS)...

Why not using custom fields?

Insan Is right custom field is easy and no need plugins ... coz wp as more plugins u use as more php memory u need since almost hosting give 32 mb .... just make sure your wp can take it
