Creating a file hosting site

I am trying to make a file hosting service I have a script code I got it from here

. When i install it completes no problem then when I delete both file I get a database error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /home/a3680541/public_html/system/application/libraries/Loader.php on line 1

Does any one know how to fix this.
