mysqlcheck -u root -p --auto-repair --check --optimize --all-databases

3*Enter the password

You can also use easy linux script to do this
When you have directadmin search for els or easy linux script

Well directadmin needs more maintenance and cpanel is just install and you are ready to go with some minor tweaks.
It was just a suggestion though,I could aswell just have kept it for myself,in my opinion els is everything what directadmin needs to be more secure,and els has some cpanel options built in aswell and is very (new) user friendly
