How many days extra will you give for the down? I've wasted a lot of time and money...

You need to open a ticket with billing for that - I work for the technical support so I cannot assist you with that.

For the downtime that was caused by RapidSpeeds, there will be 10 days equal of credit. Please contact billing for further questions as this is a sales thread.
