Title Format -appending keywords

HI... suppose i need to append a keyword at the end of all the posts in wordpress.... is it possible to be done though database commands ?

and also,,, if i need to add a keyword at the end of each title , will this work ?

you can edit the header template no need for database

i mean for the older posts ? which already had been published?
