Loads of stuff. Pretty much everything the person ever did is analyzed and it's a fairly long process that can take as much as a few weeks requiring input from a number of people so it's all very thorough.

It's actually a decent system and one of the few things that's well considered and I've a lot of faith in on KWWH.
