help with changing header

my site is http://megadls.com/ ,, as you see the header is white and this does not match the theme color,,i want to change it to a gray one,,how can i change the color or how can i add a header image instead of words?

what to edit and where?

for example how can i add this to make it the main header :

Navigate here wp-content/themes/traction/ - You'll find a file named header.php, that's the file you need to edit in order to add the logo.
