what's the benefit of Remote Desktop Server?

I have decided to buy a RDP(remote desktop)..

But i want to clarify ..whether it used for these below purposes(as i need it to do this things Only)?

1) is it possible to upload videos from RDP server to Youtube.....using any browser from RDP
2) is i possible to upload a movie from RDP serer to ant torrent(i mean torrent uploading)
3) is it possible install any windows application there
------------------------------------------

I hope some of u ........those already have/experienced remote desktop service can answer my questions....

at RDP if u have admin access then you may install whatever you want

RDP Biggest advantage is .. if your light gone the upload is still in progress.

Only if you have root access at RDP (Only Encoding RDP will provide it) If not you?ll be forced to use apps installed on server.

yes you are right......still RDP providers here on KWWH provide All Basic appz Needed for uploader.....Still Some Providers (non Encoding ) will install Appz if u need if that appz comes under their TOS........

as Frost said.....on encoding RDP You Are allowed to install any(no cracking or hacking ) appz as u need......

encoding rdp means a rdp which can be used for encoding purposes

RDP's which have admin privileges are the onces which can be used for everything you do on your pc
