My forums got banned on katz today Reason: Site fails to load.

It's kinda wired coz the site is load fine at my computer..

Need to know for sure before I email katz for whitelist again.

The problem is due to LiteSpeed config on the server.

So, What can I do? Today, I try it for a few hour and no more 503 Service Unavailable, have a very good speed. Should I email katz or something must be change first?

It took them 0.876 seconds to reply, we also got a 200 http status code. Try another domain?
