It's called editing the site.
If you would actually learn to read the thread, you would notice that he clearly stated MULTIPLE TIMES that the sites are under construction.

you posting is just a waste of time, seriously get out of other people's threads just b/c your website is failing.

** oh and btw, if you would note, those aren't dedicated servers they are vps's .
he's just obviously using the same tables for his website to make it neat, and edit later.
