yes i know, but there is no host without any downtime. that doesnt exists.

i own a webhosting company, and i would also not reply 100 emails. i would first fix the problem immediatly. i think ricardo is working on it.

A host with no downtime does not exist, but a good host does, this seems unacceptable to me, anyway no point bitching here, I'm only doing this because I am very disappointed, everything seemed perfect and the support seemed great.

LOL how about you Email them a thank you letter for the 4 hours downtime? you're ok with this - I am not. Anyway I do agree with you they have amazing support but I am starting to get worried about the frequent downtimes.

Until now, 360 hours have gone by in April, 4 of them were down hours. Is that really such a bad report to bitch about?

When you want to get Google traffic - one big downtime better than 100 small ones, plus i constantly repeated that otherwise they are good, you can view my 1 month review earlier and my posts here (yes i know my last post is edited after you said but check the ones before it).

I have to say that I am very happy with openvserver and I have been with them for almost 3 months now. But is this downtime normal? Could anyone from openvserves tell us how long will take?
