what do you want to hear man?
if you don't have putty access u can't do anything. try to login into ur solusvm panel / something else and try to restart it or contact ur host.
Biggest shit hosts: freakshare, letitbit, henchfile, shareflare, uload.to.
I highly recommend you guys to stay away from these..

The best solution would be to contact your host since you cannot even start it from solusvm.

The best option would to be what ultimatehostings recommended you to do is contact your hosting provider mostly likely the .img on there node for your vps server become corrupted which can cause that problem such as not being able to reboot or login to SSH.

    Hi ,

Your problem is on Xen Kernel , say your problem to Vps provider for reload your VPS or Reboot it with Xen Command .

Your server might be frozen. A Cold reboot might fix it, or as above, kernel issue. But since your VPS was working fine, i doubt that.

    cheers.
