Admin account not accessable

Hi,

after restoring database i am unable to access the admin panel. I have tried to give admin access to another user id of mine using tools.php but after giving the admin access that id is also not working for admin account...

Anyway to solve it..?

if the database is restored and site is working. only admin access is gone then just go to phpmy admin and change the email id and reset the password

Not working.....as i said i tried giving admin access to newly created id but i was not able to login with this new id too....
Before giving admin access to this new id this new id was working but when i give it admin access it also starts giving errors that user id or password incorrect....

Check 300 and 500 error logs,
cPanel error logs and one in your public_html it should explain something, try repairing your mysql DB through cPanel too.

Nothing in it......also have tried repairing database but no success....

I think new users are unable to login.....also if some one change the passwords using lost password then those users are also unable to login.....
