Need offshore hosting, netherlands or elsewhere in Europe prefered

Hi I am looking for an off shore hosting service for my website (i already have domain I just need to transfer).

Basically my site links to videos on megaupload, note I do not host the content so I see no problems there.

A decent amount of bandwith and storage will be required.

I like and am familiar with cpanel so if that is included great, otherwise something else similar will do just fine.

I will need to run python scripts and python image library on the server.

If anyone knows of a good offshore host that offers what I am looking for at reasonable rates and on a monthly subscription that would be great.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone for the help all these hosts look really good. Im still in process of comparing hosts to see which one best suits my needs. However some of these hosts do not have PIL(python image library) installed or available .

I require PIL and if anyone knows of a host that supports it that would be great.
