We must be able to guarantee a minimum of 300Mbps.
Bandwidth : 100TB
Price : less than 130? / month
Location : NL, DE, UK or others but not in France .

I have already contacted Ecatel, but their offer is not interesting (25% more expensive than Leaseweb).
