How to toggle Adult/NSFW content on main page (Wordpress)?

Hi

I have a general blog that I sometimes post NSFW jokes or news. I'd like it so that when a visitor comes to my page the posts with tag NSFW are not shown (either title shows but not content of post or entire post not shown).

They can enable them via a toggle like (NSFW on/off) and it should save pref via cookies. Is there any way to do this or any WP plugin available?

frontpage filter I think it's called. It is almost what you are after...kinda. Might as well try it until you find what you're after
