godaddy .US domain renewal problem

I've .US domain in godaddy, now i want to renew the domain..
But it says $19.99 for 1 year

No idea what to do, i don't have enough money to renew in godaddy..
If i transfer this domain to namecheap, can i save my money?

please help me
