My friends and I provide a DDL service for some files. We used to use Adf.ly but it seems they shave 2/3's of the downloads from the #'s so we were wondering if we could make our own "exit page"?

We were also wondering which ads / CPM companies were best for this.

Essentially it would be:

Download Link -> Page with ads shown for 5-10 secs -> forward to our DDL link from our server.
