DGXForum.com looking for Super Mods, Mods [Revenue Share] + Posters

Recently (about a week ago) I had build a Forum called :

DGXForum.com

And we are seeking for Staff : SuperMods, Mods

We all know that in order for a forum to be success there is a lots of factor.
I'm not an experience person in building Forums, but i'm keen to learn.
I think the most important factor to build a great community is :

1. To make the community as a home within "families" atmospher.
2. The recognition in Search Engines and having a good SEO so that new member could join and settle with us.

I need the Staff to be able to achieve a vision in point 1.
And i will handling the point 2 and also the marketing of this forum,
cause as some of you knows that i own XenMoney.com too and it is an SEO services than had make xenmoney.com gain good recognition in Search Engines, especially Google.
And i will give my best of my Xenmoney services into DGXforum to make DGX popular.

I'm offering REVENUE SHARE for all the Supermods and Mods that could pass the probation in 1 month.

The platform is as follow :
Owners : 2 person (me and one of my friend) = 17% (2x17%=34%)
Admins : 2 person (my friend choose one and i choose one person)= 8% (2x8% = 16%)

The positions that i offer is :
SuperMods : 4 persons = 4% (4x4%=16%)
Moderators : 17 persons = 2% (17x2%=34%), each mods will be incharge of only one subforum.

We are welcome also for all posters that have all warez contents to join us and have profits from the downloads of your uploads, we do not accept porn in any kinds (simply because our host did not allowed it, not because we did not allowed it, we will accept porn when we could find other offshore host that allowed porn, but we will never accept child porn).

The requirement for those positions above :

Super mods and Mods :
.Must not have any responsibility in other forums, if you want to apply in DGX then you have to let go your positions in other forums.
.Must be able to online at least once a day
.Preferable that have experience in forums.
.Willing to promote DGX with all the way possible, in your FB Twitter G+, all the marketing method that you know, marketing doesnt always have to spend money, be creative .
In other words, being a marketer too, cause when DGX earn, you will earn too.
.Keep an eye on members posts and behaviour

Supermods in charge of handling and keep the Mods jobs in tracks.
Mods in charge of the subforums and keep an eye on any members post and dead links.
The upcoming rules will be annouce in DGX announcement sections.

REVENUE SHARING
1. From Ads : Banner ads, Text links ads, and others (will be discuss in internal)
2. I will charge a small fee for a post in BUY SELL TRADE and other monetize sections that make members profits.
3. other methods that i will share in internal announcements
