What is a realistic/preferred affiliate payout method. Everybody would be happy if Paypal can be used but I don't think it is very realistic.

Did upload speed on 4 other sites with my connection (7Mbps upload speed0 2 upload at 500Kbp and the other two at 800-900 range.

I think this is the standard. Any other feedback regarding this?
