Or if same user and same ip download 100 different files UL count 100 Downloads?

^ahahahah no dude its even worse , if an IP downloads from any Ul link ( doesnt matter if its yours) then that IP wont be counted as a valid download for any other download from any ul link per 24 hrs , forget the PPD it sux better go the PPS way

if you work on selling premium the PPD is just the cherry on the cake
