I made test with SeoCentro Meta tag analyzer

All headlines (video titles) are in H1 tag. I made search cloud module so I will achieve better internal linking and pages relevancy for certain keywords. I made cache system so this site runs on 768mb VPS and all works very good - speed is gr8. Can u tell me is there anything more I should do?

I suggest you to make a blog. It's good to have more content and you can write something in your niche without a problem.

You need to do more backlinking....I suggest you do xrumer blast with DIFFERENT anchor text .After 1-2 months your traffic will definitely increase.

Use proper tools, that mean something in SEO world
Btw you can't possibly compete with keyword 'videos' which seems to be your main keyword. Competition is ultrahigh.
All your 4-5 backlinks are sitewide. Means, you put your backlink in someone's sidebar or footer. That's not good, you should have natural link distribution, not just backlinks stuck on someone's site (like link exchange)

How about doing video? It can go viral very quick. Make a video and advertise. It will make a difference.

I suggest to make the video titles unique if possible, add a good title to your website, add good meta tags and description. If you have time, create videos and watermark them with your URL or logo + url and upload the videos to YouTube, DailyMotion and other sites that accept video content.

Another way to get traffic, add unique content to your site with good unique descriptions for each video. Make the user to be more interested in your site than other similar sites like yours, dont work for G, work and deliver a good viewing pleasure for the user that is on your site.

After content, go and make some nice backlinks on web 2.0 sites - add unique content to each page you make and a link in the content to your site.

Better to say backlinks from trusted sources. Usually it's hard to find good quality, but it worth it.
