Sometimes after an SSL certificate has been installed onto your site, you will not be able to open your site. You may see a cPanel domain holding page.
This is because when an SSL certificate is installed, we need to make a change to the domain names DNS settings. If you have accessed your site recently before this change has been made, your browser or computer may have cached the old information locally. This will normally flush itself out in a few hours time. It is important to note that this won't be affecting new visitors to your site - they'll see it just fine - it will only be affecting you and a handful of people who may have been checking it moments before this change was made.
It may help to clear your browser cache and your DNS cache to see if this helps.
If you still have problems after your SSL certificate install, you can contact us for assistance and we'll be more than happy to help!
