Default Uploading 2GB files to RS

Has anyone been able to upload files larger than 2GB using RL to RS..?

    Code:
    http://www.rapidleech.com/topic/6150-2gb-rapidshare-file-uploads/
The above method doesn't seem to work for me.

Also I think this perl script can do that...

    Code:
    http://images.rapidshare.com/software/rsapiresume.pl
Can anyone guide me [in layman terms] to get this working..?

    Thanks
