I was wondering if someone could code a .bat file to do this ( don't even know if its possible)

A .bat file or multiple .bat files that will rar files inside a folder and add a another folder or .nfo,.url of what i choose. It should rar with the file name of the folder and follow the winrar compression settings i setup for that certain profile. It should then output to another folder. It must also exclude certain files in the folder that i choose as well!
