Well, botnets are somewhat involved with hacking. If KWWH allows this, they might as well allow hacked databases and phished accounts, so my guess is no.

Botnets are 99% used for DDOS and if you really think that were gonna allow you to sell X amount of bots here you must be mad.. this community is for Webmasters not Web Destroyers .. if you want to sell botnets go find some IRC to sell em...
