    Default FTP server on windows dedi

    I have setup filezilla server on my windows dedi and it all works great, i have a few questions though.

    1. Whats the best way to grant access to different users? Individual login's + pws? withing a group?


    2. is there any FTP server software which will let me make Accounts that expire after certain amount of time periods?


    3. I download a single file from my server i achieve anywhere from 100-200KB/s download speeds, yet if i download 10 files at once i achieve 100-200KB/s download speeds on each file and therefore increase the total download speed from the server, i have set the options in filezilla to no limit for file transfers is there anything else i should know about to increase the speed of single file transfers?

    3. Is Filezilla the best ftp server software or is there something better i should be using?

    My server is running windows 2008 R2 and is 64 Bit

    I am using filezilla on my Windows VPS and I remote upload to MU, I get about 1.5MB/s and to MF I get 6.5MB/s. So speedwise filezilla can definitely handle it.

    i don't recommend filezilla, there is many exploits for it and is easy for your box to get rooted (mainly fxp boards will use it)

    Xlight FTP Server is good to use.
