warez linking is illegal in germany, so i would not recommend that, they take it very seriously. I live in denmark, so i know about it.
Many think that sweden, germany, denmark etc allows that shit, but its highly illegal.

I would recommend somewhere in China if you dont have porn. It might be illegal there, but gov dont do anything about it. Also, belize, panama and east european countries are good

Warez Linking is not legal in Germany.Some datacentres allow it though.I would recommend a place like Iran,Malaysia or Hong Kong.
