    what do you mean live chat where is live chat on your site you have only picture of live chat but it is not clickable there is no link you think am i stupid you never reply support ticket tooo right now your offshore-hosts.com is again down and in a month my site is down for 15-20 days so do you still think that your company is reliable web hosting company why are you not answering my support ticket
