1) Give a screenshot of RS with AVG speed. A momentum shot is misleading.
2) Why would anybody need Kloxxo? Just FTP it, change the permission and you're done.
3) I am sure that anybody who installs the rapidleech RAR/UNRAR version, can RAR/UNRAR. How are you going to prevent that? RAR/UNRAR is so important nowadays.
