Database error when i m trying to upgrade

Hello guys,
i have a serious problem. i was changing my host so i downloaded the mysql database and after that the hosting provider terminated the account. then i uploaded the mysql database to another server i got it uploaded but when i opened my site it showing me that my forums is vbulletin 3.0.5 but it was 3.6.8 and when i m trying to upgrade it to 3.6.8 its giving me error when its upgrading to 3.0.8 and giving me this error :

Invalid SQL:
ALTER TABLE mst_customavatar CHANGE avatardata avatardata MEDIUMBLOB;
