• Hosted on a super fast, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3210 @ 2.13GHz, 4GB Ram, dedicated server, that I only use myself. This matters, if you want a server to actually handle the massive traffic Katz can give you.
  
• You get complete control of the site, as admin user
• You get FTP access to site directory, for updating templates, mods whatever
• You get phpMyAdmin access, to admin the SQL if you wish
• You get to place your advertisements.

Why & Who Am I:

• I been able to create a 5 Star Katz forum. It's no longer in my possession, because i sold it, and somewhat regret it now. Yes it's still 5 star, if the new owner does screw it up....What does this mean, if you want a 5 star forum, with experience personal guidance from me, then this is your opportunity.
• Why am I giving this away? This is mainly for a guy who doesn't wanna put any money into sites, but wants to start his own warez site. I don't wanna waste a good domain, plus I also don't have the time, to create/promote a forum community.
• I'm a University Computer Science Student, if your not good at coding, installing mods, etc.... I can help
• Why haven't i seen you before? We'll time for me is usally an issue.
