I have search phpbb.com and try some post generator mod but they are not like this one, so if anyone have found this mod, please give me the links or it's specific name.

It's custom. It's what's called a scraper. It takes the information from imdb and the result has being put into a ordinary post generator. I know a few people have custom coded this for themselves but don't think any of them have released it.
