Try star-tech hosting one of the best or saurav hosting not sure dey hv 1gbps servers but speeds are really good on both u can ask for a test account before buying...

The difference between 1Gig and 100Mbs RL is not that significant.

In general on 100Mbs I get upto 10MBs, on a 1Gbs around 14Mbs.

Go for a 1Gb RDP ... much better speeds.
