What Do you mean By OverUsing The bandwidth ?
Do you have any Bandwidth Limit per month ? If yes , then why are you claiming it Unmetered
Edit: i do eat about 2-3 TB Bandwidth on a Rapidleech plan Hosted by Some company , is my usage is Overusing according to your TOS?

We want to guarantee the speed/bandwidth. We don't want to oversell.

Basically all I can tell you is this. Unmetered will be abused. Like alot. We want this to be prevented. We want to have a right to suspend users that would abuse this feature, and other users.

Yes. A server with a dedicated 100 Mbps port only can consume ~33 TB MAX / month. 3 TB is about ~10% of the dedicated line. Now that is very expensive.

Edit: Some more. So if we have 10 of you (3 TB / month user), that means the server line is used up correct? But wait. All you ten pay only $7 / month. $70 / month? What kind of profit is that? The server costs double that amount.
