If your database is being overloaded, then try installing a WP Cache Plugin (WP Cache or WP Super Cache), it's not all that easy to configure but that usually takes pressure off the Database, and eases the site off. Hope this helps.

Actually I was using super-cach , now I disabled it but still not solved! In dashboard it says I have 28 categories, but I cant see any of them!

Try enabling it again and configuring it properly, it helps with Database pressure.

LOL, it was server problem that was making me nuts! now it solved, thank you bro
