Upgrading VB 3.8.6

Okay I am upgrading from 3.8.6

So can someone tell me if I should upgrade to 4.0.1 first or 4.0.5 directly?

I want only good and experienced people to anwer, so stupid or noobs stay away.

Don't upgrade to 4.x series. You'll be disappointed with result.

Also upgrade to vB 3.8.6 Patch Level 1 (Original 3.8.6 has a serious exploit)
