Create a subsection for free work?

I'm honestly tired of people requesting free work. However, some people do it to practice their new skills.

Could we maybe create a subsection under Buy Sell Trade for free work? It would stop the clutter, and we wouldn't have to see countless threads requesting someone do them a service for free? Also, people that wanted to do free work would know exactly where to go

If you want help with coding you ask in the Coders area
If you want a banner or logo you ask in the GFX area
If your having trouble with a mod, skin etc you ask in forum support.

Personally if this area were to be introduced I'd avoid it like the Plague. Also their's no way someone good at coding is going to scroll through loads of people looking for a free logo to find someone who needs coding help. At present their's a chance I'll stumble across a thread and help them in the coding area.

Fair enough I guess, I mean I don't mind help requests, its just when people ask you to make them a website for free, etc that it kinda bugs me
