Domain issue PLEASE HELP!

Ok guys, I have changed my nameservers and all that to my new VPS and the site runs fine for everyone but me.... Everyone can see content but I can not........I go to it and all I get is Oops! Google Chrome could not find megahotfiles.com

But I go through a proxy it sees what should be there even if I install something new it sees it...I've tried different OS, restarting pc and modem, a different computer, I've asked people around me that are on same ISP they see what should be there....

Does anyone have any idea what to do

but the page gets loaded
the page is blank, and title is loading: megahotfiles.com

have a look now it should say "test"

Even when I try to ping it it says it cannot find it...yet everyone else gets correct IP

you don't seem to have set it up correct who.is says the sites inactive and http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/megahotfiles.com also says its down you need to check you have everything set right but i don't use lx admin sorry so can't help more
