Need a reliable and cheap offshore hosting

My requirements are not that big.
Space=5gb
Bandwidth=50gb max
Good uptime
Most important is reliable hosting.
Please provide me links for those hosting that you have used already.
I can see there are many offshore providers who come and go each years so i need this hosting to test some nulled scripts and may be if needed for some warez linking only.
Please suggest me some cheap and reliable host.
I can pay max 3$ per month as i am already paying much for onshore hosting.

Don't go with a host that recommends themselves.

My365host is about the best. I have Loltorrents there and it is almost always up. Not sure what I pay for the smallest package though.

Seems nice but as i told earlier i have bad experience with new webhosts.I have lost my entire site along with database.
