FTP client

The cpanel on my host expired and now I can't copy some files from TF directory to my RL files directory. Any FTP client that can do the function of copying files to a directory from a folder? I can't move the files from the TF since I'm still seeding it.

If you have Shell access (SSH) use WinSCP

Ypu need to use SSH for that. FTP won't help.

to check if you have shell access or not , do this
download putty
try to login with your cpanel details ..
and then if you are in use can use mv command to move files/dirs
