20-50 GB HDD
512 RAM atleast.
1GBPS port.
~1TB BW.
Main Use: Uploading/Downloading

May I have a quite reliable host who provides some uptime guaranty ??
Ps. I`m planning to spend around 20$.

I missed my chance to get one.


Ps I`ve said around 20$ so it would be okay for 25$ too.

Well if you go for the speed and uptime than you shouldn't go to servedome..

What Servedome offers are Linux Vps, not Windows. With windows license to pay for, its going to be a lot expensive than linux.

You'll find Win Vps at your price range with 100mbit port

you can get usa 1 gig port with limited bw for 24$ (or 22$ if you pay via LR or WMZ)

Don't ever go with m107, his cheap servers are very slow(1Mb/s download from hotfile) and raring files (even with just one file) will freeze your vps so you constantly have to reboot it. To top it all of, he will blame you for buying cheap servers. I've gotten much better speeds/processing power with vps that have 100mbit port at your price.
