I am interested in buying a pure dedicated TRULY unmetered server ( No Capping of speed in anycase )

Purpose - Uploading to Fileserve & Hotfile. None of the files will be stored on server.

I am looking for the following specs-

CPU - Quad core or more powerful
RAM - 8 GB or above
HDD - 250 GB will do.
Bandwidth - TRULY unmetered
Port Speed - 100Mbps ( IMP: No Capping of speed in anycase )
OS - Linux i.e free
Budget - $110 - $130
