this keeps people from making PayPal claims
after 45 days if there not using the server anymore
its a protection procedure we do offer 3 day Refunds
on Vps servers and 7 day refunds on Shared Hosting
if your not happy with the service.

yes you can sell hosting as long as you have some sort of support site set up
a support email isn't enough but a support web site or WHMCs client system is.
