Where to find fileserve plugin for rl or latest version of rl?

I've purchased rl from knownservers...lt was giving fatal error when I tried to transload...then luckily I found knownservers in chatbox...he fixed the thing...but didn't got fileserve plugin and filesonic transload is not working...

Q1: From where I can download Latest version of rl? (He installed v. 3.30)
