I have Rapidleech on a Germany server. This isn't a big issue, but can be quite annoying. During the day for me (Eastern Standard Time) it downloads around 300KB/s and uploads around the time, but in the evening it runs fast again.

Not sure what the problem is? Already contacted the hosting.
