well as for me GPRS suxs - stay with TATA Photon+ or BSNL 3G
And if you hv leased line then go with BSNL BB - though their is issue with them but speeds are good -

no unlimited plan from BSNL 3G AND other 3G's,if need cheap then use aircel or reliance,
aircel is better now because they upgrading to 3g so speed is around 100kb/s which i am getting.

i use prefer cable operators BB plans

like 2mbps unlimited =1600 rs/mnth , i got 250kb/s at IDM with RS premium
1mbps = 1100rs
512kbps = 650rs

its for mumbai
