Compare 2 lists to find unique entries

hello guys,
i would like if exists a program that compare 2 lists (A and B) and tells me which entries are present in the list A but not in the list B..
i need this because i want to post into a forum that doesn't allow double posts (2 posts for the same game)... so i want to take a list of another forum (bigger) and see what can i post.

Well, your lists will probably update every day... Why don't you just use excel ?

it doesn't matter if its updated everyday. i can compare the 2 lists when i need.
so with excel how can i do it?

So the list only Contains Strings ?
If yes, I can code a simple Python Script that will do the Work (for free)

i also searched for comparing application.....
got one, works like a charm.......

Search for "Beyond compare 3" , i use it for finding missed files

Note: sorry for posting in old thread, but i am damn sure it may useful to others(atleast some)
