Transparency?

hey all,

I've added this thing on my forum to get the tubenow link checker to open up in a lightbox type of style but was wondering if I could get the border to have a more transparency type of effect like the vista start menu.. .

its the white border i'm wondering if it is possible at all to make it transparent?

I'm imagining that it isn't possible but thought it would be worth asking..
